Each sconce is composed of a dramatic asymmetrical silhouette with deeply carved negative spaces and faceted contours, finished in a textured off-white glaze with natural speckling and subtle tonal variation. The forms recall Brutalist geometry, biomorphic carving, and ancient architectural fragments while remaining distinctly contemporary.
When illuminated, concealed light sources cast a warm glow from within the recessed openings, emphasizing the sculptural depth and creating a soft halo against the wall. Unlit, the pair reads as a compelling set of ceramic reliefs.
