"Originally from the North, In love with the South.

Born in Lille in 1968, I worked for a long time in the world of decoration, lived in Marseille, my city of heart where I often return in search of light. Driven by the search for aesthetics, I have always loved to create, to experiment. For a long time, drawing and painting were my mode of expression with favorite themes such as Nature and its plants or "containers" such as pots. Although my encounter with ceramics was late, it is now essential and it seemed natural to me to link my pictorial practice to that of the earth to continue this search for beauty in volumes, matter, the play of shadow and light ... The earth material offers me today a thousand ways to express, to model an idea, a drawing, an image. Its sensuality and authenticity attract me and stimulate me relentlessly."
