Atelier Les Dalo

Atelier Les Dalo is a ceramic studio founded in 2007 by French artists Daniel Dereck and Loïc Bailliencourt, both deeply passionate about ceramic art. Their encounter with clay was a revelation, inspiring them to undertake both theoretical and practical training to master ceramic techniques. Drawing inspiration from styles of the 1950s to the 1980s, their creations pay homage to the French ceramic tradition, echoing the works of masters such as Georges Jouve, Pol Chambost, and Jean and Robert Cloutier. One of their most iconic pieces is the "Idoles" vase series, characterized by stylized faces reminiscent of prehistoric idols—a striking fusion of ancient and contemporary aesthetics. Their work has achieved international acclaim, captivating collectors and art enthusiasts worldwide while cementing their reputation in contemporary ceramics.
